Go to settings. There you will find backup options for.local wallet (downloads bin file)

In any case I would recommend doing a cold storage (print out) of all the private keys involved (menu -> permissions)

Do not do anything about your permissions at this point. Secure your private keys first. 1. Open a new text file and save it somewhere you can find it later 2. In the permissions screen go to active tab and click the key icon. The resulting dialogue will have a button that says "show". When clicked, you will see a the private key. Copy it to the text file as "active private key" 3. Do the same thing in the owners permissions. Key icon->show->copy private key ->paste it into the text document and mark it "owner private key" 4. And same with memo, even it is not that important 5. Save your text file! This is your fallback if something goes wrong. Back it up. Print it. Store it safe. If possible encrypted. By doing these steps it is possible to unlock the account later if your pc dies. Now to the password. It is stored in the browsers password manager. Depending on which browser it is, you need to get to it in clear text. Check the documentation how to do that. If you manage to get to it, save it with your bin file, brain key and those private keys you just extracted. Then you have all eventualities covered. And remember to back it up at different locations locations.

I dont know what is response, but I do know that we have costs connected with keeping up gateways in automode, we have costs connetced with eth fees for each tx, we have costs for accpeting any kinds of airdrops that turns out to be a gateway, and it is therefore all to be considered a business decision what is accepted or not to be focusing on, and should not be mixed with anything related to embezzlement or you indicate we run with foul play and i tell you again, this is not acceptable.

But the solutions to some of these problems were always there. For example the gateways. There was an idea to create gateways.openledger.io so that people actually know what gateways do work and what are not.

They are all open even if they are not working. The customer then need to go to helpdesk to live chat (telegram previously) to ask for help - much more work for the support team. Then they create ticket and wait sometimes even for a week = unhappy customer.

Do not do anything about your permissions at this point. Secure your private keys first. 1. Open a new text file and save it somewhere you can find it later 2. In the permissions screen go to active tab and click the key icon. The resulting dialogue will have a button that says "show". When clicked, you will see a the private key. Copy it to the text file as "active private key" 3. Do the same thing in the owners permissions. Key icon->show->copy private key ->paste it into the text document and mark it "owner private key" 4. And same with memo, even it is not that important 5. Save your text file! This is your fallback if something goes wrong. Back it up. Print it. Store it safe. If possible encrypted. By doing these steps it is possible to unlock the account later if your pc dies, assuming you remember the account name. Now to the password. It is stored in the browsers password manager. Depending on which browser it is, you need to get to it in clear text. Check the documentation how to do that. If you manage to get to it, save it with your bin file, brain key and those private keys you just extracted. Then you have all eventualities covered. And remember to back it up at different locations.

Feed price is the median of the witness/feed publishers price. Settlement is typically 1% less (see asset info page). There is lots of useful info on the asset page you should know about. And not all are the same.

I have looked at it since February. Shorts are punished too hard and result in inconsistency in market price + decreased volume. It should be shorters paradise at the moment. But no. And I even think the overview of margin positions should be removed to avoid speculation in short squeezes. The info should be available but not so visible.
