I'm actually working on a proposal for a series of videos on bitshares.. the format is simply me and a girl named Kelly.. and we dive into the value propositions of bitshares in an over coffee chat series... from a nuclear bunker. It will be mostly ever green and can tie into a larger campaign... it's not sensational.. but it let's people understand bitshares without worrying about asking stupid questions because Kelly will do it.. it's her role as a newbie to bitshares.

It was briefly addressed in the doc I posted that was deleted. What FinCEN hasn't come right out and said is that aside from the WEISS guidelines, there is another set of guidelines that apply to "family resemblence and association". Those that do not fall into the WEISS catagory, will fit in the association catagory. It is designed as a catch all, using laws written 100 yrs ago that applied mostly to farmers and markets that have since been modified and extended.

You’ll have to decide that for yourself. I have never used binance. And I do not consider their “dex” as more than a distributed exchange, due to the central ownership.
